Booked for my daughter’s 18th. There was a little hiccup with the booking but Will sorted it and went above and beyond to make sure everything was ok. The lady on the desk was lovely. What makes this place is the staff they are so lovely, I can’t thank you enough my daughter will never forget her time here, I actually struggled to get her to leave. Beautiful place. Thankyou very much.

we arrived to a 15% extra charge on the room apparently its in a email i didn't receive. The room was old stuffy and tired, paint is pealing from the bathroom ceiling ,tiles missing and dirty carpet. The fine dining experience was just that fine and massively over priced . We ordered room service our food took over a hour to arrive when it finally came it was stone cold and inedible.When we checked out i had to ask the lady to repeat herself because i didn't understand the bill she looked annoyed and obviously couldn't be bo... read more
