The best way to utilize Arlington Reality Management is by crossing off any property they manage from your list of consideration as a renter. They have a maintenance department, which does no maintenance but contracts those tasks on behalf of the owner. This means if something breaks you go through 3 layers of permission before a third party is asked to look at/not fix the issue.
