Best hospital in Little Rock.
Dr. Brad Thomas did back surgery on my husband and it was the best experience we’ve ever had at a hospital. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, from the Doctors, nurses, nurse assistants, the restaurant and the cleaning staff. The rooms are so nice and private with a separate room where family members can stay. Dr. Thomas prayed with us before surgery and one of the nursing assistants prayed with us when my husband was having a post-surgery issue. I appreciated those heartfelt prayers so much. My husband had hip replacement surgery last September and we found out today that he had a $25 copay turned over to the collection agency in October. We never received a bill but now we are finding this out the collection agency did not want to even tell me there name. We had no idea about this but the service at the hospital was horrible bc they expected me to take care of my husband while he was recovering. The only problem with that is I am a disabled person. Easily one of the nicest hospitals I have ever visited. The lobby was more like a hotel lobby and then a hospital lobby. The entire staff from start to finish was very helpful and courteous. They kept my wife informed of everything that was happening as it was happening . Dr. Zack Mason did my lower back surgery which immediately stopped the pain in my right leg.
