This hospital CARES about people, patients. Are your needs being met? What do you need or what can we do to make you feel better? I've worked & been admitted to both kinds-- Having the doctors in control of how the med Center is run from front office to surgical suite to recovery to billing, puts the most caring professionals in control of your care. Just had my 2nd hip replaced yesterday. Dr. Bowen is a miracle worker!! Truly. This hospital is amazing and the staff is top notch! From the check-in staff to anesthesia staff to the nurses and techs, everyone is wonderful!
They are one of the best very clean.
I have had 3 back surgeries there and the Doctors and staff are amazing. Highly recommend this Hospital!

Over the past few months, I have had both an outpatient procedure as well as a surgery where I needed to stay the night. This hospital is by far the nicest hospital that I have received treatment at before. They also know about the little extras of patient satisfaction! When I became alert from my outpatient procedure, I was sent home with fresh baked chocolate chip cookies. while I agree with everyone about their review of the staff here, the surgery center process was not acceptable. you do not tell your spinal surgical patient to not take their nerve medication and to show up at 0830 for a surgery that has no specific time. we came at 0830 and surgery didn't start until almost 330pm. that's utterly ridiculous.
I had both my knees replaced at this hospital and I I never experienced such high quality of care and compassion as when I was there! Thank you to every person who works there in any capacity and especially to my doctor who uses that hospital!!
