Everyone was very polite and super helpful. I was a little late. And still the staff took really good care of me and did not make me wait long at all. I would definitely recommend my Dr. and this office to my friends and family in the future.
Dr Chi is awesome in treating my husband and son for their RA. The best!
Got a call at 9:20 this morning to be at the Conway office at 10:00 am. They called back and ask if I could be here at 9:45 so I got here at 9:40. It's now 11:11 and have yet to be called back. It's one thing to have an appointment weeks ahead and them be a little late but to call you in just to sit not happy. I will be looking elsewhere for a new Dr
Dr recommended we do the procedure for our sons post-circumcision adhesion removal at St. Vincent's so we went along with it, (our other son had two outpatient procedures in the past at JRMC and it wasn't expensive-same insurance) We now owe bx the dr, hospital, and anesthesiologist over $900. That is almost 9x what we paid a urologist at children's to do the actual circumcision! This was a very simple 15 procedure. You check in. They are to notify the nurse you are there. They never do. After waiting 15-30 minutes fast your scheduled time and you've been the only person in the pod all this time you go back up to the check in desk and tell them and they finally call the nurse and she comes and gets you. This happens every single time. Just there for a shot. There is a sever disconnect between the check-in area and the "pod people" knowing you are waiting. Needs to become much more efficient.
I've been a patient of Dr. D'anna for many years, and I've always been very happy with my care. Great group of people!
