Have used Arkansas Urology for the past seven years and have never experienced a problem. Very professional.
My first Dr (Claybrook) in July said I was too young for surgery (I’m 27) and that I’ll be okay. I waited 6 weeks and was in the ER 5 times since I saw him. Ended up going to St Vincent’s in Hot springs and they did emergency surgery where they found an obstruction. Had surgery with Dr Jones a month later due to swelling, she made sure there wasn’t any stones stuck. All was well. I checked yes because I really like Dr Mooney, but I have to give his nursing staff no stars, because two consultations we had with Dr Mooney he told us one thing and when we tried to do it that way his nursing staff wouldn’t even listen to anything, which is very irritating, just shut up a minute and listen I know you’re a nurse but the doctor said to do it this way so I’m going to go with what he said, so if you can get past that stupidity Dr Mooney is great.
To me they are professional caring people. All the staff are very helpful, I would recommend them to anyone

This place is unprofessional and does not use best practices in my opinion. I have been trying to get resolution on my problems since March and have been brushed off by the customer care team. I have now received a letter of collections even though I have emails stating that the CS team would be reaching out to billing. I have also made payments and am now still trying to get answers. Seek help elsewhere if you can!
