I'm having trouble getting a call back for a procedure Dr Mooney recommended. I called last week to schedule the procedure still have not received a call back. I sent a message through the patient portal and no response. I guess I should make another appointment with Dr. Mooney and ask how to get the procedure scheduled.
Highly recommend. Love the doctors and nurses.
Been seeing Dr Gail Reede Jones for 13 years always professional and kind . Sent mea sympathy card when my mom died , personally not generic from office . Respect and love this women
I am very impressed with Arkansas Urology. The staff was so kind at check in, even with me running behind. The facility is very nice. Dr JT Moore and his staff were great. He did not rush through my appointment and answered all of my questions. 5 stars by far!
Replace all of the office staff.
Long wait time, difficult to make appoints, rude staff and the list goes on and on.
You really do not want to hear my input on this clinic 😡!!
All the staff here are awesome. I especially like Dr. Timothy Langford.
