My father goes here because he had bladder cancer several years back. They used to have wonderfully fast clinic. We were in and out in under an hour. But now it takes 3 hours to get seen. Today his appointment was at 9:15 and he wasn’t called back until 10:30 and didn’t get out until 12. And this was just a check up - no scope or procedure! He is retired but I have to take time off from work to take him! Would go else where but they seem to be the only game in town.
Very disappointed with my visit today. I had have trusted them as my urologist since 2010. I had a vasectomy performed here in 2017. Part of it didn’t take, and so I came here today to have another vasectomy. We found out yesterday that there was an issue with the insurance. I tried multiple times to call the business office, but they must leave after 2 pm! I came in for the procedure this morning, and to work out the insurance. They came highly recommended but our first impression was going to the wrong location because they moved. The black hair receptionist was hateful and rude when telling us directions. We are finally at the new location. Hopefully the rest of the appointment will be up hill from little Miss. Sunshine. Lol

They took care of my cancer quickly and completely in 2006. Follow ups all clear since then. Great job

Absolutely horrible place. It will take you days to get someone on the phone for an appointment and even longer after you have already paid for surgery for someone to call you back to schedule the surgery. Not to mention you can't get receipts to submit for your FSA unless you actually go back in person to try to get it. I spent an hour on the phone today trying to get someone from the surgery center or Arkansas Urology to answer so I could get a receipt.
