Every time there we feel like cattle being rustled from one pen to the next, I guess to see how many people they can include in billing us for . Wait times are terrible and today was the worst. They setup a procedure for my wife at St. Vincent's hospital (made two weeks ago) and only called to let us know the procedure was cancelled as we were about to get out of the car at the hospital. What kind of health care service is this ? They only care about THEIR time-NOT the patients. We are just supposed to be led around by them,... read more
My husband has used Dr. Langford for years and he wouldn't go anywhere else! The people at the front desk are very nice and helpful.
I really liked the new APN that I saw, she was very thorough and very nice. I listened as she spoke into her recorder the instructions she was giving me, and the nurse, but I didn't get out of there with everything we had discussed. But overall, it was the best experience I've had at this clinic yet. Wischelle Williams, APN, is a wonderful addition to this clinic.
the office is very busy most staff is great and dr d'Anna is just wonderful
I Love this clinic..They are always nice and professional..They have all my problems either fixed or under control..I really like Dr Coussens..He is very professional and listens to my issues.
