My husband has been a patient for several years. This past summer, his care has been terrible. He went in with extreme pain from a kidney stone on Sept. 19 and was told by the PA the stone had passed. Six days later, he passed a huge stone. I wish I could post the picture of the stone. I called and spoke with the office manager on Sept. 24 and he promised that he would look into all of the bad experiences my husband had been through this summer and would call him back that day. I have seen several of the doctors at Arkansas Urology over the last 20 years and I have been pleased with all of them. Unfortunately, as they have grown, they have lost some of their attention to patients needs. They should just go ahead and do an IPO as profits are all they seem to be concerned about.
Dr. Goodson is very thorough and very dedicated to his patients. He does not ware time with getting answers and if a procedure or surgery is needed, it is scheduled as expeditiously as possible. Very trustworthy and just great people. It is a big office though so there is not much of that family feel.
I deeply appreciate their professionlism. Treated with the up most care during procedures received.
Never a lengthy wait. Dr claybrook and staff r great.
If you have a problem they still aren't going to get you in for several days! You're just out of luck.
