Doctor Claybrook and his staff gave me excellent treatment. Dr. Wang and his staff have also given me the best care in my prostate cancer treatments. I highly recommend them
Dr. Diaz is wonderful! He has responded to any questions or requests within the day. Very efficient. Staff has been friendly and helpful.
This place is terrible. Plan to be here at least 2 to 3 hours for any given appointment. They double book patients which puts doctors behind and so they have absolutely no appreciation for people's time. I have been three times and every time the service is worse! Dr Coussen talks to his pocket recorder rather than you and honestly if I could go ANYWHERE else I would because I hate this place!
The staff is rude. We waited over an hour for an appointment and when some to a nurse WE were yelled at and told that WE didn't make good scheduling choices from Dr Couzzen's nurse, Melinda.
Awesome Doctors nursing needs improvements, sit in the back laughing and cutting up and take there beloved time contacting with Lab results....1
Actually the people are fantastic! Love Dr. Bozeman. HOWEVER..... This past Friday, October 16, I received a bill (that I owe) for $20 and it was in the (0-30 days range...NOT past due). Since I had a follow up appointment with Dr. Bozeman NEXT WEEK (mind you, STILL WITHIN THE 0-30days), I figured I would pay them then. Since FRIDAY, OCTOBER 16, I've received 36 phone calls INCLUDING 3 reminding me to check my patient portal for my balance. 36 calls in 6 days and 8 emails reminding me I owe them $20.
