Great place and I was treated wonderfully. Dr Moore was very nice and treated me great. I feel I'm in safe hands with them
Dr. D'Anna is extremely thorough and knowledgeable. My husband and I both are patients. He has given us extra good care and always asks us many related questions to make sure he isn't missing something! God's blessings to him for saving my life!
Staff very rude and you have an appointment time and you wait much longer past your appointment time and the Dr spends next to no time at all with the patient when they finally do come see you
I have had nothing but great experiences at Arkansas Urology. I was diagnosed with bladder cancer in August, 2015. I was referred to Dr. Caleb Bozeman by my original urologist in Hot Springs. Dr. Bozeman did my surgery to remove the bladder and build the urostomy. From day 1, I have had nothing but success. I am cancer free and problem free and I praise Dr. Bozeman and the team at Arkansas Urology for this. 5+ stars for Arkansas Urology!!
Have been with Dr. Moore since 2014. Has always been professional and helpful. I was diagnosed with BHD Syndrome before seeing him (rare genetic condition) and he has worked with me along the way to make my left kidney and bladder work properly. The front desk and some staff have issues and lack customer service. The clinic has no regards to HIPPA privacy. Everyone here's everything about anything.
