Horrible customer service and even worse with the drs.
Absolutely horrible care since AR Urology took over Epoch! AR Urology has (now twice) made appointments for my husband without him even knowing, even making 2 appointments within 1 week! They do excessive lab tests on blood draws that even the doctor has confirmed were unnecessary! Took off work for an appt for a yearly full check per doctors request, got there and all they did was draw blood for lab work (girl even went to check with someone to be sure she was omg everything requested correct per Dr Deanna) and sent him on ... read more

RecommendedDr. Diaz listens to you intently. He checks for organic issues and if all is ok organically he gets you started on the correct medication for the issue. He and his staff are personable, courteous, and friendly yet professional. I’m very pleased to have found ARK Urology who must be very supportive of doctors and staff to have developed this next-level atmosphere. I highly recommend them. 5 STAR!
