Verified Renter I like Arkadia a lot. Front desk and maintnence are reliable, amenities are nice. The only thing that could realistically be improved is management, as they often forget to tell residents about ongoing facade work and things like that, then get frustrated when people ask questions

Verified Renter Friend neighbors and staff amenities. Elevators are usually not working. Fun happy hour events. Great location easy access to all expressways

Verified Renter Have had a great experience at Arkadia. Beautiful views and practical floor layouts in a prime neighborhood location. Pricing is fair compared to other similar apartments in the surrounding area. Maintenance staff are responsive and get in unit issues fixed quickly. Decent amenities. Bozzuto is one of the better property management companies I've worked with. Only real negative over almost 2 years living here was a very delayed elevator repair (3 months). Overall though, would recommend.

Verified Renter Just moved in recently and already LOVE Arkadia. Everyone is so friendly, including the staff. So far my favorite space is the gym, but I can't wait until the pool opens up!

Verified Renter I love how inclusive Arkadia is with their residents - definitely one of the reasons we close to make it our home! Staff is welcoming, the amenities and pool deck is stunning, and the apartment itself is well maintained. Also- the move in notes and gift basket are so cute !!
