Good Good apartment. Good maintenance. Norma is great. Pool deck is fantastic.
Love living here! I have lived at Arkadia for almost 3 years and love it. The staff is amazing & helpful, everything is convenient and the amenities make it worth living here. Highly recommend!

My stay at Arkadia West Loop Close proximity to university of Illinois and to Greek town with various restaurants and shops. There are many amenities available in the building. In addition the area is safe with security available.

Best Choice We Made We moved into Arkadia in late September and have never regretted our decision. The space and amenities are great, views from the floor to ceiling windows are spectacular. All of the staff from maintenance to Paul in building management are attentive and quick to solve any issues. Also cannot say enough about the front desk staff! Booker is a teddy bear and Norma always cares about everyone. These are rare qualities in a building with many apartments, they get to know everyone and care!

Loved living here I’ve lived at Arkadia Tower for 2 years and I’ve really loved it here. The staff is amazing, especially Norma and Booker! Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently. There’s a convenient online system to schedule things like the elevator, party room and even a furnished on-site suite that you can rent when friends or family come to stay. Expensive, but great management! Management is VERY quick and helpful. Had a leaky washer that leaked all over the floor and within a day they fixed it and gave me an entire new unit. They also offered to dry my rug since water got on it. Front desk is super helpful and kind. Host community events once in a while which are fun. Amenities floor is perfect for any student/working adult. Lots of working space and fairly quiet. Units itself are very neat and modern. Living there was nice mostly, but they try to screw you when you move out I enjoyed living at Arkadia, but I will always have a bitter taste because of how they treated me when I moved out. In particular, they supposedly re-cleaned the already clean apartment and attempted to charge me $440 for the unnecessary cleaning. I left the apartment in good if not great shape, and there was no need for $40 in cleaning, much less $440. So I refused to pay, and they sent it to a collection agency, which led to it going on my otherwise-... read more

One star The one star is for location, the sole redeeming quality this building offers. Otherwise it's overpriced (there is a glut of new "luxury" buildings going up not only in the immediate vicinity, but in several nearby trendy neighborhoods as well), poorly managed (on their third or fourth building manager in just about three years of existence, that tells you everything you need to know), and incompetently constructed (there hasn't been a week without multiple elevator malfunctions and there are only three in a buildin... read more
