The building… Good views, great people working in the building, friendly residents, and home vibes.
Home Away from Home I’ve lived at Arkadia now for 3 years and I couldn’t have picked a better place to land from Georgia. The staff is always helpful, friendly, and efficient. They have wonderful amenities which include a snack and pet area. I couldn’t imagine getting a better welcome into Chicago than living here!
Good Good apartment. Good maintenance. Norma is great. Pool deck is fantastic.

My stay at Arkadia West Loop Close proximity to university of Illinois and to Greek town with various restaurants and shops. There are many amenities available in the building. In addition the area is safe with security available.

Best Choice We Made We moved into Arkadia in late September and have never regretted our decision. The space and amenities are great, views from the floor to ceiling windows are spectacular. All of the staff from maintenance to Paul in building management are attentive and quick to solve any issues. Also cannot say enough about the front desk staff! Booker is a teddy bear and Norma always cares about everyone. These are rare qualities in a building with many apartments, they get to know everyone and care!

Loved living here I’ve lived at Arkadia Tower for 2 years and I’ve really loved it here. The staff is amazing, especially Norma and Booker! Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently. There’s a convenient online system to schedule things like the elevator, party room and even a furnished on-site suite that you can rent when friends or family come to stay.
