Verified Renter The staff at arkadia is amazing and the amenities are so nice! The residents are also very kind which is so important! Being in the heart of Greektown is also a huge plus with all the good food around us! I love arkadia!

Verified Renter The original team (from when I moved here) are great. Stacy and Norma are amazing. Russell has been a great addition as well. The facilities team is responsive a diligent and very nice. The neighbors range from very involved to very hands-off but all the pets are friendly.

Not Luxury In no way, shape, or form is this a luxury building. Elevators are constantly broken; have fun walking up 33 flights of stairs because the building is incapable of maintaining a safe environment for you. Do not rent here. You will have a safer experience literally anywhere else.

Verified Renter It is a beautiful building with great amentities. Overall, it feels very safe and secure, other than the parking garage. Maintenance is very quick in fixing things in your unit. Most of the front desk staff are very helpful and happy to help with anything you ask!

Verified Renter Flats are good and the staffs are friendly. Can get noisy since it's close by the highway. Amenities are good. Rent is on the higher side but all shops and necessities are nearby.
