Verified Renter Beautiful building the staff is efficient & the amenities are nice. Hot Tub was almost never open last summer & the pool chairs are almost always taken which is annoying as the outdoor space is a big draw.

Verified Renter Great building staff! They could clean the hallways on each floor more regularly. Elevators are a. nightmare. Almost always at least one elevator is not working. Wait times can be as long as 20 minutes.

Great place to live I’ve loved Arkadia ever since moving here in 2020. Great amenities, maintenance staff (Roderick) is great and maintenance requests are resolved with lightening speed. The front desk staff, Norma, is a breath of fresh air. Always very nice and personable. The only negative is that lately, most of the parking spots are reserved and it’s been a slight inconvenience but otherwise great place to live!

Great experience I’ve been here 2 years and this is an amazing building to live in. The door staff is great Norma is amazing very personable and a great person to see and talk to after a long day. The amenities and the neighborhood is amazing everything is close to you.
