Expensive, but great management! Management is VERY quick and helpful. Had a leaky washer that leaked all over the floor and within a day they fixed it and gave me an entire new unit. They also offered to dry my rug since water got on it. Front desk is super helpful and kind. Host community events once in a while which are fun. Amenities floor is perfect for any student/working adult. Lots of working space and fairly quiet. Units itself are very neat and modern. Living there was nice mostly, but they try to screw you when you move out I enjoyed living at Arkadia, but I will always have a bitter taste because of how they treated me when I moved out. In particular, they supposedly re-cleaned the already clean apartment and attempted to charge me $440 for the unnecessary cleaning. I left the apartment in good if not great shape, and there was no need for $40 in cleaning, much less $440. So I refused to pay, and they sent it to a collection agency, which led to it going on my otherwise-... read more

One star The one star is for location, the sole redeeming quality this building offers. Otherwise it's overpriced (there is a glut of new "luxury" buildings going up not only in the immediate vicinity, but in several nearby trendy neighborhoods as well), poorly managed (on their third or fourth building manager in just about three years of existence, that tells you everything you need to know), and incompetently constructed (there hasn't been a week without multiple elevator malfunctions and there are only three in a buildin... read more

The ONLY downside... (Verified Renter) The ONLY downside to the lease is the rental price. It?s a great location and the place is beautiful; however, my monthly rent would equate to a mortgage payment for a place almost twice the size. I did know that going into it though, so it?s not like I was tricked. Also, rental prices in general are a bit out of control; it?s not just this building.

I would recommend... (Verified Renter) I would recommend this appartment on every aspects, except for the price because it can be difficult to afford it.
Looks good but is not good Looks nice and luxurious on the outside, but nothing by cheap and broken on the inside. Good luck making dinner on all the broken grills, your unit will most likely have cracked ceilings, laminate floor that's peeling back and knobs that break (bathroom, kitchen, etc...). Dog run is gross and people don't clean up after their pets, sometimes people play catch in the dog run also. Elevators are always broken, so enjoy going up the stairs.
