Verified Renter Elevators are typically broken down. They raise the rent way too much. Office staff are arrogant and disregard current residents. Front desk and building maintenance people are awesome.

Verified Renter The original team (from when I moved here) are great. Stacy and Norma are amazing. Russell has been a great addition as well. The facilities team is responsive a diligent and very nice. The neighbors range from very involved to very hands-off but all the pets are friendly.

Not Luxury In no way, shape, or form is this a luxury building. Elevators are constantly broken; have fun walking up 33 flights of stairs because the building is incapable of maintaining a safe environment for you. Do not rent here. You will have a safer experience literally anywhere else.
