Verified Renter I really enjoy living here. The staff is great and are always in a good mood! All areas are really well maintained and you any maintenance request is always well addressed
Verified Renter I have had a great time at Arkadia. This will be my 4th year in this community. They are just professional, always on point and honestly, the best living experience I have had thus far. And I have lived in many high end apartments and living spaces... If I didn't have to move out of state for medicine, I would have remained here. Honestly, I truly appreciated my time here.
Verified Renter The building is very good and well maintained in a great location. All the front desk persons are really nice. The noise from the highway is loud be mindful about that and choosing the apartment. The gym is good but could be a little bigger, there is always people and sometimes a little crowded. The dog area is in the parking lot and is very stinky but apparently that is going to be moved and modified

Verified Renter Our family loves Arkadia. We renewed our lease for the first time in March, and we had no hesitation about it. Most of all, we love the kind and helpful staff. Verified Renter A fine residence which features brand new Aqua Mizer toilet filters which allow reduced leakage and more water efficiency which helps the environment.
Verified Renter I love living here. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful. Its always clean and quiet. And the location is perfect! The amenities are great. I can't wait for the pool deck to open for the summer, it is one of the many perks of living here.

Verified Renter This is my 2nd year resigning my lease. Management is so welcoming, and take good care of their residents. Love living here! Management organizes a lot of events for the residents which makes living at Arkadia so fun. Arkadia is also extremely pet friendly.
