Verified Renter Amenities are nice and always spotless. Expensive to rent and wish hot tub was open longer but overall great. Front Desk staff and maintenance staff are amazing and cared about by residents so much.

Verified Renter really enjoy living here. The staff is great and the building is very well maintained. My only piece of feedback is about the windows. I believe they are only cleaned twice a year, but with the size of the windows and the great views, quarterly cleanings would make more sense and a big difference. Looking at the dirt for months is not nice. I just renewed my lease for the third year, and overall I’m very happy here.

Verified Renter My experience at Arkadia has been nothing short of smooth. My last 4 years of apartment living has been stifled by poor management and unkept buildings, and Arkadia has proven to be the opposite thus far. The doormen and the leasing staff are kind and helpful, a trait difficult to find in most apartment buildings. Highly recommend looking for an apartment in this building.
Verified Renter The apartment is very clean and the view is nice and there’s not a lot of noise from outside nor the neighbors. The kitchen is very clean as well and the bathroom is also very clean which is always really good.

Verified Renter Great transfer between changing units. The maintenance does not vacuum regularly especially by the trash chutes. There have been wrappers and papers there for months.

Verified Renter I moved in 3 months ago. I've had a great experience so far. Friendly staff and nice/clean amenities. Great location and pet friendly. Only thing i wish was better would be a nicer dog run and a bigger/nicer gym. but i knew that coming in.
