Verified Renter The apartment is very clean and the view is nice and there’s not a lot of noise from outside nor the neighbors. The kitchen is very clean as well and the bathroom is also very clean which is always really good.

Verified Renter Great transfer between changing units. The maintenance does not vacuum regularly especially by the trash chutes. There have been wrappers and papers there for months.

Verified Renter I moved in 3 months ago. I've had a great experience so far. Friendly staff and nice/clean amenities. Great location and pet friendly. Only thing i wish was better would be a nicer dog run and a bigger/nicer gym. but i knew that coming in.

Verified Renter This is the most beautiful location and neighborhood. The property is perfectly located in the middle of the city. I have a pool side view and open complete northern view of the city. The comfort and luxury of the area is unmatched.

They are just professional, always on point and honestly, the best living experience I have had thus far. And I have lived in many high end apartments and living spaces... If I didn't have to move out of state for medicine, I would have remained here. Honestly, I truly appreciated my time here.
Verified Renter The building is very good and well maintained in a great location. All the front desk persons are really nice. The noise from the highway is loud be mindful about that and choosing the apartment. The gym is good but could be a little bigger, there is always people and sometimes a little crowded. The dog area is in the parking lot and is very stinky but apparently that is going to be moved and modified
