The sanding and staining far surpassed my expectations and the guys who did the work were great. They turned up on time and kept me informed of their progress and were kind and proffessional. My dog will definitely miss all the fuss he got from John. Thanks for a superb job!
Ark Flooring sanded and sealed our 20 yr old tired looking engineered oak floor and it now looks like new - very happy with the finished product. John & Ryan did a great job, turned up on time and left a clean & tidy job - very good tradesmen. Initially we were concerned about dust but the sanding process left a minimal amount of dust. Would recommend Ark Flooring for any sanding & sealing work.
Ark stripped back our floors all through our house while we were on holiday and can honestly say when we got home I thought we had completely new floors. I wish I had taken a before picture as the floors had originally not been sealed properly by the previous owners and were in such poor condition. Thanks again
