They are continuously charging frivolous fees and filing for rate increases. They care about profits and nothing else. Its a shame that we are forced to use them, we should have the power of choice! SRP runs a much more consumer friendly business!
They are cutting our power for 6 hours today. Who is going to pay for all the food we lost???? Food only safely last 4 hours in an unopened refrigerator. They should pay us since most of the time they commit robbery for the HUGE bills we get. Now they cut our power to repair something? They need to set up a fund because I can't afford to replace ALL THE FOOD I'm going to be losing!
APS took 6 wks to fix our meter at cost of +$100 over other 2019 bills
APS needs to be checked out big time. It seems like there are some corrupt, dishonest actions going on here. After my bill sky rocketed over $100 one month, and another $75 the next, I started to get concerned. After receiving my very high July bill I made several changes to get my bill lowered, including raising the temperature on my A/C and not having it running as long - using other more energy efficient ways to keep cool once I got home from work. Terrible company! The only place where you can get a $500 bill and only $125.00 was the actual usage of electricity and all the rest is all bullshit fees... CROOKS!
Terrible company. Nothing but a bunch of crooks. Power goes out for 9 hours on a Sunday night and not a care in the world to try to replace the food I lost. 3 days later today power goes out again. No phone call, No letter, and No way of letting me know. The worst business I have ever come to know. Sad thing that they are the only power company in Arizona. Leave you know choice but to do business with a bunch of thief’s.
I have had APS power for about 20 years I just wanted to share that I have 2 houses and there APS adviser suggested me to go on to Saver choice plan for power and made my power bill go up about $1200.00 per year per house so we had a $2400.00 increase. Do not change plans to APS adviser suggestions.
APS pulled the same thing trying to disconnect me for not paying a deposit even though my account was current because I paid "late" two times in a year. Although I was late by a day or two, it was never disconnected. It was 110+ degrees outside and I have small children so I contacted Corporation Commission and they stopped the disconnect and worked with me on payments. This company has gotten philthy rich off the backs of Arizona consumers. Today my power was shot off for non payment. I owe $285. My last payment was made to APS for $195 on Sept 11th. Not even a month ago. I have been a customer of APS for 31 years and although I would like to use a different power company. I am unable to do so because APS has a monopoly on the western half of the city of Phoenix.
