You guys know what. We are real people with real issues. What I get from APS is that if you screw up one time, they will help you, but after that, they can't offer you anything for a year because apparently with APS, life should only happen once a year. They know you need electric service and they play on that. Anytime I've made arrangements, I've paid them. I called and spoke to 2 supervisors and they weren't willing to do anything.
