We recently moved to the area. I established power with APS. My first **** with them was around $50 but was for a shortened cycle since we had just moved. Our second month's **** was $178. Bear in mind we were away for about two weeks of this month so we were not using electricity to the *** at this time. This **** also stated that this was an estimation because they were not able to read my meter. My following month's **** was $65 but there was nothing to say they did not read my meter so I am guessing that was with my mete... read more

We are remodeling our house there is literally one light that is almost never on minus whatever minimal power the contractors are using....no hot water heater no appliances and my bill was still almost 50 dollars its robbery and we can't even use another company because aps has a monopoly on our area. Its riddiculus that I am paying 50 dollars for them to charge me, I have doubts they even check the meters, but they sure don't forget to charge for it.

The below complaint is completely and most definitely spot on. This company is fraudulently charging people for usage they simply did not use. If there's a lawyer reading this, propagate a class action lawsuit and I guarantee you will get hundreds if not thousands of people on board with viable cases - And you can make "bank bro". If you are reading this, document everything because these monopolizing thieves can not keep getting away with this. I have a wonderful example of being gone for an entire month, turning off my AC,... read more

Our power goes out a minimum of once a month. It makes it nearly impossible for my son to consistently take park in his online classes and live classes and it makes it extremely difficult to keep our aquariums with live fish when at any given time the power goes out which stops the filters, heaters and air pumps which are critical to keeping them alive. We've never lived anywhere that the power went out as frequently as I does here abs leaves us in constant fear of leaving the house because the power cold go out and it could... read more

A+??? thats clearly a joke. APS shut off my power today to change a meter, maybe. Zero warning or heads up. Two kids online for school and my wife and I working from home completely shut down. We thought someone was trying to break into my house. Called APS and was reminded kindly that they can shut off my power whenever they like. What about the safety even of their worker. Dude could have been hurt by someone that thought he was really breaking in. If anyone had an option they would never use APS. Prob the worst company i'... read more

We get charged an arm and a leg for power with bs charges left and right and they can't even keep the power on! The Power goes out twice a month where I live! If I owned my own home I'd have solar by now, these people won't get a penny more from me then absolutely necessary that's for sure. It's the middle of the summer in Arizona and we never know when the power will go out next and leave us in 100° weather with no ac and our food spoiling. Calling any number they have listed gets you NO WHERE! I can't even imagine what it'... read more

They are continuously charging frivolous fees and filing for rate increases. They care about profits and nothing else. Its a shame that we are forced to use them, we should have the power of choice! SRP runs a much more consumer friendly business!
