Hostile environment when i first came in no one greeted me or seemed welcoming. I booked with the hairstylist Shakira but come to find out she was not even the one who was going to be doing my hair as she doubled booked her self with another client. With another hairstylist i agreed on length i'd like and even demonstrated this but then when the appointment ends it is not the length i wanted and i expressed and she looked annoyed to fix this. This Salon attached to others along Arina … My experience at Arina Hair Salon was extremely disappointing, and I feel it’s important to share—especially for young women and those with mixed heritage or softer natural hair. The stylist did my hairstyle much smaller than I asked for, claiming it was because I “had no hair.” This was completely untrue and unfair. My appointment was scheduled for 2 PM, but the hairdresser Regina arrived 30 minutes late. I had requested Fulani braids and sent a video of the style beforehand. We agreed on a price of £80, provided I supplied the hair. I brought two packs of Expression pre-stretched 1B and an additional pack of hair.
