Possibly the Comfiest and Cosiest hotel you'll find anywhere. Stayed here when we got married on Iona. The staff couldn't have been more helpful during our stay, the food was absolutely superb and the 2 lounges were really cosy for sitting with a book and a drink, glancing out to sea. The sea front location was amazing and only a couple of minutes walk from the ferry. The beer garden looking out to sea is great on a sunny afternoon. Couldn't recommend this hotel highly enough.
Quite possibly my favorite hotel I've ever stayed in. They upgraded us to a sea view room and I could have sat at our little window all day taking in the view. This hotel is so charming, cozy, comfortable, and friendly -- I'm sure I'll remember our stay forever. And the restaurant! Breakfast was delightful and filling and both dinners we ate there were to die for. Plenty of vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options always available at the restaurant too for anyone like me with dietary restrictions. I just cannot say enough ... read more
Visited the hotel for lunch on a day trip to Iona. Had a fabulous bowl of Cullen Skink for lunch.
We didnt stay in the hotel just ate in the restaurant. Only 1 toilet for the whole restaurant.
