I have been a member of the Collingham branch since it opened and the Newark branch before that. Both locations are great with a wide range of equipment. The PTs are friendly and the classes are always full! There’s a wide range of classes and sessions for people of all abilities. Highly recommend, everyone is super friendly and the owners have built a great community
Started PT sessions with Graham about 10 weeks ago, and noticed a massive difference in my overall strength. The sessions are well planned, progress is tracked and I always come away feeling like I’ve been worked hard! Graham is also a lovely guy too, and we always have a good chat during our sessions! Highly recommend!!
Simply the best gym! Not only are the owners friendly and supportive, so are the personal trainers. Nothing is ever too much trouble for any of them - even if you’re on your own work out and need a bit of help. The equipment is top notch and they continually invest to keep standards high and the gym is very clean But what does it for me is the gym community, friendly, encouraging and supportive!
