As always Sophie listened to exactly what l wanted and put me at ease straightaway Comfortable surroundings, staff are polite and professional. and my experience very pleasurable.

Unfortunately I won't be using this salon again. I had been using this salon for a while and my hairdresser was always Sally. I was made aware a few weeks ago that Sally had unfortunately left and so someone else would be doing my appointment which was fine because I needed my hair doing, but what I wasn't made aware of was the incredible price difference!
