Poor customer service. Had me wait a little over a month to drop my car off at their auto shop just for them to tell me they didn’t have time to fix it.
We had great service from everyone we met. They put all the effort into getting everything taken care of so we could drive away with our new car. We absolutely love our ford flex. All the employees were patient and kind to our two kids. (2 and 4 year old) Thank you Krystal Spang for your hard work.

Got my F150 in for service the "works" as soon as I arrived. I had another appointment and needed to be out ASAP. They did a great job and had me out in plenty of time to make my appointment. Thanks!!
Very helpful and understanding. Angela has gone above and beyond to help us in any way. Our finance guy, Matt, helped to get us the best rate he could. And the other Matt (I believe one of the Managers) also helped to get us the best price for our trade.
