got a fair deal and little issues were handled. professional service on follow up
way over priced. I was charged $143 for them to tell me what part I needed and that didnt include replacing the part. They wanted to charge another $140 to put it in making it to around $285. Had the same part replaced by this company a few years ago for only $120. Its ridiculous that they wanted to charge me almost 3 times as much for a part and labor.

traveling thru the area and check engine icon had come on. we were told that they could not look at the car for four days. one week later we had to have the car towed 70 miles back to this dealership. oil had completely leaked out from engine . again told that they couldn't possibly look at it till some time next week. we where traveling through montana from south dakota. there is no way we could wait a week just to get someone to look at the vehicle. walked to Bob Smith lincoln dealer within an hour they confirmed the engin... read more
The guys inside the Bay Area (2 of them) both told me to make a appointment for a blinker bulb replacement. Said it will take 45 minutes and a cost of $30.00 ( if I bring the bulb) and is a very hard area to get to. So long story short, went to Auto Zone to get the $8.00 bulbs and the store manager took 2 screws off and pulled the bulb out and put the new one in!!! Less than 5 minutes!!! Thanks Archie Cochran for trying to take advantage of me!!! You will never see me or my Ford in your area again.
The guys at Archie Cochran are the best!! I cannot remember all of their names but they were all great! I am hoping my Ranger, which I absolutely love, is the last rig I will have to buy, but if I do need to purchase another you can bet I will go to Archie Cochran! Thanks!
The sales team is very knowledgeable of their Ford products and very helpful in explaining vehicle features before and after purchase. Mike Weiland and Krystle Spang were awesome to work with and I would recommend A-C Ford to anyone needing a vehicle. Great job Mike and Krystle!!
