I took my 2017 Expedition in for some body damage repair. The bid process with James was very good. In fact the final bill was actually less than the bid estimate which was a pleasant surprise. The exterior body work is fine. The communication from delivery to pick up was excellent. However my disappointment is I believe my interior was more dusty and dirty than when I took it in. Also many blotches on my seats, headrest, & back end side panel I didn’t expect
Kevin O'Connor was excellent at helping us with our purchase of a Ford Explorer. He was very knowledgeable with the aspects of what I wanted and needed the explorer for and answered every question we had.
Kevin O’Connor was an excellent representation of Ford! He showed us many used and new cars and helped us decided on the right fit for my daughter. The finance team was very helpful and got us the best deal and explained everything to us. Would recommended Archie Cochrane Ford to anyone!!
