the sales people will do almost anythink in their power to help their customers
My wife and I went in just to look at a car....We were met with great customer service as soon as we stepped out of the car! He showed us the vehicle we came to see and took it for a test drive...didn't need the radio as the salesman rapped some awesome gospel while test driving it!!! We got a waaaay better deal then what we had expected. With my bad credit, I thought it would just be another story of why I cant get a car. Absolutely terrible after the sale with a financing issue I was promised by the salesmen. I was made to feel like a liar and told I couldn't be trusted because they didn't know me. The salesmen continually referred to me as "brother." He did not serve with me in the military nor is he my actual brother. Very unprofessional in my opinion. I spoke with 4 individuals about the issue and they basically told me to go fly a kite and that they trust their salesmen.
