I made an appointment with them, showed up exactly when Scheduled, waited for an hour and a half. When I inquired on my vehicle I was told the service writer was out to lunch and that mechanic was out to lunch. the vehicle had not been touched. Two hours into this I asked for my keys back and I left. If this is What Archie Cochrane calls service I feel sorry for other people out there taking your vehicles in to get work done. not only can’t they perform the service they can’t even get it in right. I recently bought a vehicle from Archie Cochran and it was by far the best experience. I had a previously hailed out vehicle that I loved but needed and upgrade with our growing family(a German shepherd).
