Would give zero stars if there was an option. Horrible experience, my daughter got highlights done a few months ago. I have sent an email about this, but no one bothered to contact me back. The colour was the total opposite of what my daughter wanted, and she ended up with ashy, grey highlights that were very uneven and streaky. And they didn't even fully dry her hair. I don’t like being negative or leaving bad reviews, but I think it’s important to share this experience in case it helps others avoid the disappointment I felt today. I went in for a long bob haircut and showed a clear reference photo. I had very long hair, so there was plenty of length to work with — which made the end result even more frustrating. Olga was amazing! I had a haircut few weeks ago and she did such a fab job. She gave me exactly the haircut I had asked for. I’m still enjoying my new hair look and feel brand new!
