Absolutely horrible - this company is a scam, do not trust them and do not book with them! Our entire trip has been ruined due to their greed. We booked with them via airbnb in March for a large family Christmas vacation. Months after booking was confirmed and 10+ family members had booked flights they cancelled our reservation out of the blue with no communication.
