Nice facilities and good staff. Parking situation is horrendous. Never have a place to park as a result of people with no parking permits parking where they shouldnt.
I feel Arborwood at Mann Road is a great apartment community with excellent customer service from Ashlynn and Brenda. They do a great job at answering our questions promptly and efficiently. I love my apartment and the "home-y" feel we get coming home each day. The two bedroom apartment offers lots of space and fits our needs until we can afford a house. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone. Just take everything with a positive attitude!
I have lived here close to a year now and have been able to watch Arborwood grow into a very nice community! There were some bumps along the way, but nothing that wasn't to be expected with a new place! The staff are patient, understanding and genuine while our neighbors have all been welcoming, friendly and just plain awesome! Overall, I think this is a great community. It was a new property, so we went through a few issues initially, but they handled them well as they arose. The staff as a whole does a great job, is friendly with everyone, and does their best to accommodate all residents from what I've seen. The parking permit system was a bit frustrating initially, but we made it through the transition phase and it seems to be going smoothly now. Incredibly friendly and professional staff. The apartments are top notch. Nice business center and work out room. Very nice area and convenient to all nearby amenities such as shopping, movies, restaurants. I wholeheartedly recommend living hear.
