The lack of urgency in regards to fixing anything we request , like the WiFi been out for a whole week and no one knows when will the tech will be here to fix it! It’s such a strain, because we don’t have a definite answer ! It’s displays , incompetency , unprofessionalism & disrespect ! This will drive me to break my lease !!!
Almost a whole week without any WiFi in my building & I’m literally going nuts! Can’t get any work done without the internet connection I’m paying for each month & every day I’m told the issue is supposed to get fixed...doesn’t seem like this is a big priority at this point! Renter's beware this is the worst community to live in I have lived here since last August and it has been a total nightmare. The office staff will lie about everything just to close the deal. The property is never taken care of, trash is always over flowing which by the way you will be paying for. Animal feces everywhere. You may walk a block just to park your car. Please think twice.

I live in 6715 I have reported several times that my apartment smells like weed. My neighbors up or down dont know which keep on smoking in the bathroom causing it to smell up my house. I have 2 kids that have now been exposed to this. I've reported it to the office many times of which I have recorded. They say call the police. Isn't that their job????
