I have lived here for 10 months now and it's a great community. Sure all communities have their issues. Too much trash piling up, dog poop in places I get it. The biggest thing here that bugs me is the fact that the walls are paper thin. A new neighbor just moved in next door and they slam doors, cabinets, drawers you name it and you hear it. This place has gone above and beyond to make our experience worth the money and they have done just that! The maintenance and our friends in the office are amazing! Megan is always so friendly to us and our Husky puppies how can we not stop by to say hello! The only downfall is the large amount of poop left in the bark park near the entrance of the complex. We love this place, it's our home! Thanks Arborwood �
I love the space of the apartments as well as the staff. My biggest issue is that there are problems here that never get resolved. I see trash piled up all around the dumpsters to the point where I play hopscotch to not get someone else's filth on my shoes. I also am tired of the parking issue. I see nonresident cars parked in tenant parking all the time while I have to park on the other end of the complex. When my roommates and I moved out we left the apartment in perfect condition. The only thing that was wrong with the carpets is the stains that were on the floor when we moved in. But we reported these because we did not make these stains. Five months after we left, my roommates and I received notification that we needed to pay for new carpets. Arborwood even sent us to collections and never contacted us about anything. They have our email and number. Never once did they try to call or email us about this bill, they just sen... read more

I don't live at this complex, but I'm definitely considering moving in! I did an apartment visit earlier today and found that the apartments were spacious, and have a TON of storage. The woman working at the office who gave me the tour could not have been nicer! It's also wonderful for people like me that they don't have breed restrictions, because I've worked with dogs my whole life and intend to adopt a Rottweiler my employer if fostering prior to moving in.
