I just moved here,maintenance Rocks!! And office staff is Great!!
I have now lived here almost a year. I do not see myself leaving anytime soon. Maintenance is the absolute best here . They treat me like family. The office staff has gone out of their way to help me. Such as on a weekend my internet quit and Allison sat in my living room floor for hours working on it. Any problems I have had has been with a few people who would not pick up after their dogs and the people who wait until the office is closed then they park their cars where they shouldn't. Had bad experience living there. Management was not good, received bills for " additional fees" every month I was there. Dogs pooping everywhere, trash left at the dumpsters, blatant disregard for their own rules for storage on patios. After leaving I received a letter saying I still owed $26.48 and said if not received in 30 days it would be sent to collections. Withholding mail after a tenant moves? That's illegal, in case you didn't know. Sending charges to collections when a soldier is out of state on military orders because you had no way of communicating, other than email? How professional of you. Ever heard of making phone calls? Or contacting the other tenant that was on the lease? Because of Arborwood, I had to fight for my rental history to not be destroyed and pay off the amount owed within a 7 day time frame. Office staff is great and always willing to help. Very pleasant and professional.
I won't get into it all but was grateful they allowed us to leave only paying $500 for a medical emergency caused living in the place. I just recommend staying clear. There are way better places to live for this kind of money. When people like my review it shows again and it makes me angry reminding me that we had to move out 2 weeks before Christmas (our first married Christmas together that I was finally cancer free) and they MADE us pay $500 to move out for something we couldn't control.
