The service we received from Arbons, from first researching flooring at their Notcutts store in early December through to installation of our LVT floor in our front room in mid-January was excellent throughout. They were quick and helpful when it came to any queries we had, assisted in selecting the best flooring option, and Ben who removed our previous carpet and installed the new floor over two days was brilliant in carrying out the work to a fantastic standard. We couldn't be happier with the end result.
From start to finish, our experience with Arbons has been absolutely first-class. We genuinely wonder why we spent time visiting other companies before finding them. From the moment we met the team at this friendly family business, we were completely impressed. They took time helping us choose samples, even letting us take them home to see how they looked in our own room.
