Just got charged 379 for something I've never heard of. Never even visited their website. I need a refund now. This is outrageous!

This is a followup to my review dated 08/12/20. Was able to (finally) speak with someone from Arbonne returns dept. Ellen was caring, understandable and so efficient!!! She took action to resolve our issue and it actually happened in a timely manner. A wonderful resolution. I could not figure out how to attach this to the prior writeup?
Ordered the RE9 brightening kit found the serum is not the quantity that is listed on the bottle. ordered 1oz bottle that same as 30ml of product and received 1ML not 1 OZ of product. The bottle has a sleeve inside so less product fits in the bottle. My daughter purchased the weight management products for me at the beginning of the covid shutdown. Due to the quarantine stay at home, I received the product after the "45 day period". Looking at the ingredients, they are full of cane sugar and not usable by me, due to my health conditions. I really like ARBONNE Botaniques Cioncentrated Shower Gel ..it is reasonably priced , a little goes a long way plus it lathers well and I feel refreshed. Also love the fizz sticks especially pomegranate green tea..
I too have never heard of this company and never ordered anything from them and was charged $352.00 today. They will be investigating this charge. Wonder how many more today got fraudulent charges on their credit cards today??

I made a purchase through a woman on Instagram. Loved what I received. However if you go on FB or Instagram several of their consultants are spending more time spewing conspiracy theories and are saying they are apart of Q. The far right conspiracy group all with the the Arbonne logo attached. I wanted to buy and know about the products not what they are putting out there at all. I have never ordered from this company and have a fraudulent charge of $327.27 to my credit card. Credit card company cancelled card and issued a new one. It is currently being investigated. Huge pain! Company must be crooked somewhere.
