I have used Arbonne for 8 years and couldn’t be more happy with the results on all levels with all the products I’ve tried...from nutrition, to skincare and make up! The product quality and ingredient policy to me stands so far above others. Haven’t been more impressed with a company taking the health and wellness of others as a priority.
Arbonne is incorrectly charging taxes on purchases. Today I was going to purchase $390.00 MSRP of products for my wife. Shipping at $7.95 Taxes - $38.44 I live in San Diego, CA. Tax rate is 7.25% and I should be charged accordingly. This means the sales tax on my order should be $28.28. I called their customer support and the guy I spoke with did the math on my cart and admitted the taxation was incorrect. This is nearly a $10.00 difference. The amount subject to sales tax includes the shipping and handling charges if the state where the products are shipped requires sales tax to be charged on this cost. Your tax rate is 7.75%. We reviewed your wife’s orders, and the tax is accurate.

Just got charged 379 for something I've never heard of. Never even visited their website. I need a refund now. This is outrageous!

This is a followup to my review dated 08/12/20. Was able to (finally) speak with someone from Arbonne returns dept. Ellen was caring, understandable and so efficient!!! She took action to resolve our issue and it actually happened in a timely manner. A wonderful resolution. I could not figure out how to attach this to the prior writeup?
Ordered the RE9 brightening kit found the serum is not the quantity that is listed on the bottle. ordered 1oz bottle that same as 30ml of product and received 1ML not 1 OZ of product. The bottle has a sleeve inside so less product fits in the bottle. My daughter purchased the weight management products for me at the beginning of the covid shutdown. Due to the quarantine stay at home, I received the product after the "45 day period". Looking at the ingredients, they are full of cane sugar and not usable by me, due to my health conditions. I really like ARBONNE Botaniques Cioncentrated Shower Gel ..it is reasonably priced , a little goes a long way plus it lathers well and I feel refreshed. Also love the fizz sticks especially pomegranate green tea..
I too have never heard of this company and never ordered anything from them and was charged $352.00 today. They will be investigating this charge. Wonder how many more today got fraudulent charges on their credit cards today??
