I've used Arbonne products for over 23 years and could not be more thrilled with my results - which is why absolutely nothing else touches my skin or my husband's!!! I started doing the business a few years ago and am so happy I did!!! I love the supportive community, the amazing resources the company gives us and the extensive access to free training!!! I would (AND DO) recommend this product line and this business to anyone I can tell about it!!!!

I never heard or order from this company and my card was charged twice. I try calling and no answer. As I read the comments, it seems like it's a common.

Same complaint: 11/19/2020--takes stolen credit card information and tries to collect for products NEVER ordered. Bank fortunately caught it. I never heard of this place and have absolutely no interest in their product. But suddenly I supposedly ordered $370 worth? They need to look inwards to their procedures and find who is doing this, Or else the credit card companies stop letting them take cards.

I needed some enhancement for my face in late 2018. I went to a local Arbonne dealer who promised great results and treated me with some products. Paid some $150 +/-. The end result: shortly after my entire face started to develop big red inflammation marks, until this date it only gets bigger and wider. It was diagnosed by 1 doctor as rosacea and recently one doctor said its skin inflammation due to a bad cream used. Horrible customer service. I like the product and have been a consutant for 13 years. I placed an order that was messed up but then I was charged for additional shipping. I have tried to get it refunded but every time I call in I have to go over all of it from scratch and I lose an hour. Worst customer service I have every seen. Will never order or use product again.

***** *. I, too, was scammed out of money, I am still waiting that was charged on Sept, 20, 2020. I was scammed 3 amounts and am still waiting to be re-imbursed the $51.95 that was taken from my account. More time on the phone again. Had go to the bank and get a new card. After reading quite a few of the reviews, someone should investigate this company because there is something fraudulent going on. Many people are posting the same problem, I see.

I have used Arbonne for 8 years and couldn’t be more happy with the results on all levels with all the products I’ve tried...from nutrition, to skincare and make up! The product quality and ingredient policy to me stands so far above others. Haven’t been more impressed with a company taking the health and wellness of others as a priority.

Arbonne is incorrectly charging taxes on purchases. Today I was going to purchase $390.00 MSRP of products for my wife. Shipping at $7.95 Taxes - $38.44 I live in San Diego, CA. Tax rate is 7.25% and I should be charged accordingly. This means the sales tax on my order should be $28.28. I called their customer support and the guy I spoke with did the math on my cart and admitted the taxation was incorrect. This is nearly a $10.00 difference.
