I have used Arbonne’s Calm line of facial products for years and loved them. But this last year they replaced the Calm line with a Supper Calm line that’s Vegan, For me this line is super useless. I can wash my face twice and it’s still oily. And you have to use twice as much of the moisturizer for it to work well. I think if you have dry skin this product will probably work fine for you. I just read almost a dozen of these negative reviews and they just seem off to me. I’ve been using arbonne products for almost 7 years and never had any issues with quality of products or their customer service. When one person said they called and Arbonne didn’t pick up the phone makes no sense. They have a huge customer service team dedicated to resolving any issue and they list their call times that they’re open. I also just got a fraud alert from Amex for a $71 charge from this company that I have never heard of. Very alarming to see that others have recently experienced the same thing.

I have NEVER ordered from this company yet i have been charged twice on my debit card. The 1st time, i called my bank and they investigated and replaced the money, but i also had to cancel the card and get a new one. I finally got my new card and 2 months later (3/1/21) i have another charge from this company!! How can that be?? The card is NEW and i dont know what this company is... what else do I need to do to avoid being robbed???

I just discovered Arbonne (a company I've never heard of) added 8 charges to my account all on February 16, 2021 for a total of $578.46. I contacted my credit card company and they'll remove the charges and issue me a new credit card.
