I have been a loyal Arbonne product user for over 25 years. Best products (they actually do what they say they will do). And their customer service is bar none!!! Never had any issues. I will be a customer for life!!
I received almost expired product. **************** contacted me about sending replacement. Over 3 weeks and havent received replacement. Went into account and the replacement was cancelledand I received no refund. I had to contact customer service about the problem. They couldnt find any reason as to why it was cancelled nor why I hadnt received any communication regarding the cancellation, nor why I hadnt received a refund! **** poor company!!
I have been a consultant with Arbonne for almost 5 years. Their products are some of the best on the market and being certified Gluten Free and plant based I know I can trust giving my family these products without all of the harmful toxins and chemicals in most supplements, skincare and body products. I recently started working at a studio. The owner is an Arbonne Consultant. She said "all our girls are Arbonne". She convinced me to try being a consultant again. (I was one previously years prior but had little success) I attempted to sign up on a Friday. I was unable to because my social was tied to my old account. I had to call Arbonne to help. I enjoy the products, the nutrition products are comparable cost wise and qualitywise to what I would buy in a supplements store. But theyre also certified gluten free so I dont even have to worry or think about the products when Im using them. I signed up for the business as well and am having very good success. Its a fair business structure but you do need to have an entrepreneurial mind set to make it work for you.
The skin care products seem to work (3 rating) but their prices and discounts are a joketoo high priced, and the formats they keep changing to clearly benefit the company over their consultants and consumers.

I have replaced all of my frequently used personal products, such as toothpaste, body wash, hair care and skincare to Arbonne and I could not be happier with the results.
Never heard of this business nor ordered anything from them, yet found three separate credit card charges by them ($66.09, $134.08 & $135.09) within a 6 day time period. No clue how they got my card info. Working with bank to get money refunded. I see from other reviews that Im not the only one who has experienced these fraudulent charges.
We didn't buy anything from this company but was charged $246.27 on Aug 30,2021.What does it happen?It is the company's card, how did this happen? How to explain to our boss about this charge??
