Like their product but shipping is horrible. I ordered on Friday and paid almost $10 for shipping and I am only in AZ but for some reason they start my shipping with *** but then gets changed to mail and I still have no received nor do I think I will get it today. Shipping from Cali should ONLY take 2 days to get to me and since I paid for the shipping you would think it would stay with *** but no. I dont use a lot of the products from Arbonne but the ones I use I am happy with. I am disappointed because a facial cream, for daytime wear that I used under the liquid foundation,has been discontinued and not replaced with anything else. In the future I will be researching products to replace the ones I now use mainly because of the annual membership fee which seems out of line for me when I mainly order two products only twice a year. Read reviews before you buy from this company. SCAM is all I can say. I should have learned my ****** the first time they screwed me when I ordered over $400 in products to get the "free" special mint chocolate protein shake mix only to find out that I had to place another order for them to ship it with!! I got a bank charge of one hundred eight dollars. I got scammed and NO IDEA how this company got access to my bank account information. Needless to say, I filed fraud, changed my card number and STILL did not get reimbursed. This company is a scam and needs to get shut down. How is it ok to hack my account and make an unauthorized payment?

The best products and customer service! I have been a loyal customer for 7 years and am obsessed with everything. I've have ordered products that were out of stock and received a note with a free product saying my item would ship soon when it's back in stock. Once I had an item with a broken pump so I called to ask for a replacement pump and they sent me a brand new product.
I have been a loyal Arbonne product user for over 25 years. Best products (they actually do what they say they will do). And their customer service is bar none!!! Never had any issues. I will be a customer for life!!
I received almost expired product. **************** contacted me about sending replacement. Over 3 weeks and havent received replacement. Went into account and the replacement was cancelledand I received no refund. I had to contact customer service about the problem. They couldnt find any reason as to why it was cancelled nor why I hadnt received any communication regarding the cancellation, nor why I hadnt received a refund! **** poor company!!
I have been a consultant with Arbonne for almost 5 years. Their products are some of the best on the market and being certified Gluten Free and plant based I know I can trust giving my family these products without all of the harmful toxins and chemicals in most supplements, skincare and body products. I recently started working at a studio. The owner is an Arbonne Consultant. She said "all our girls are Arbonne". She convinced me to try being a consultant again. (I was one previously years prior but had little success) I attempted to sign up on a Friday. I was unable to because my social was tied to my old account. I had to call Arbonne to help.
