Lovely warm pool and great teachers
I was told because I have been apart of the aquatots I get priority booking. I booked in advance as they requested and when it came close to my swim session I phoned to ask about my up coming schedule. They then told me my session was cancelled and no one bothered to call and tell me this. The winter session was booked since December 3rd 2022 and its now January 13 2023. All they told me was sorry and here is a refund. As a existing customer I got treated unfairly and I also sent a email of complaint and didn’t get a respons... read more
