Luckily we caught an issue with my foundation early and FSS was able to give me a couple of options for solutions. Clint, Mike, Diego, and Austyn were professional and finished within the time they said it would take. It rained halfway through the project. They worked thru the mud and cleaned up when they finished, including the sidewalk. Clint walked me through the process and was patient with all of my questions.

Daquan *., Kavon *., and Cameron ** Worked respectfully, efficiently, and verbalized what was going to happen and why before starting the job. They gave me options on how they were to do the concrete repairs around my 16 x 40 "Greatian L" Pool walkway that turned out better than I had expected. Great job guys!

Kyle *., Derek *. And Brian *. Installed my wall anchors this morning. They were very courteous and professional, taking the time to explain everything they were doing. They showed me their progress along the way and gave a final walkthrough. No mess was left behind and they worked quickly and efficiently with minimal intrusion to my work day (I work from home.) Thanks for a great experience Ohio Basement Authority!

I contacted 4 companies about encapsulating my crawl space. I signed a contract with Foundation System of Michigan on 2-7-23 which was the highest bid but they were going to pull ALL permits. This made me feel safe.I was told that the job would take 4-5 days to complete with 4 men. Work started on 3-20 with a crew of 2 men who worked a 1/2 day. Ohio Basement Authority came to my home completed an inspection and gave me a quote of the cost and the time that would be required. The crew was told it would be a two day job. Once they reviewed the scope of the work I was told there was no way it could be accomplished in two days. They also stated they would return the following week to complete the work. Ohio Basement Authority just finished up my foundation work and crawl space. They were wonderful and did a Fantastic job, it was very difficult but they made everything work. I am so grateful to Kyle **, Derek *., Dee **, and Daniel *. for their dedication and hard work. We are so pleased with everything they did and thank them all so much.
