JES came out today and did an evaluation which was extremely thorough and gave us an estimate on the work we need to have performed. Mr. *****was knowledgeable and very professional, he answered all of our questions in a way that we can easily understand.

We need warranty work performed on the IntelliJack and slab piers plus poly foam, and it has been a month since initial conversations with our Field Inspector. No one has called us back. We have spent over $****** with this company. This is not good customer service, our house needs attention as it is still shifting and moving. Extremely upset with FRS.

I have had FRS services since I moved into my villa 1.5 years ago. Not only are they experts in their field, but the customer service is outstanding! If I had any questions or when new issues arose, they were right there for me in a timely manner. Emerson *******recently spent a lot of time and detail figuring out my latest issue with a musty smell.
