DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY EVER TO ANYONE!!!! HORRIBLE EXPIRIENCE AND DON"T WANT ANYONE TO HAVE A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE LIKE WE DID.
The job JES started in our home in June remains unfinished.We have tried emailing and calling the company's "production department" which never responds or simply hangs up on us when we call. We are disappointed that we never received the full services we paid for and our original concern, a mildew smell in our crawlspace, remains completely unaddressed after they convinced us to pay for an industrial-strength dehumidifier. JES Foundation talks a big talk, but they do not perform. Hire someone else.
FSM out of Traverse City was excellent to work with! Very easy to get a meeting/thorough estimate completed, and John answered all the questions that we had. The work was scheduled quickly, communication from the office and the work team was great. The team of Dave *., Xavier and Logan was terrific! We recommend FSM completely!
