I have never in my entire life had to write a review like the one I am about to write right now. To begin with we had a concrete slab laid at the beginning of Aug. and all we needed was for it to be leveled. We reached out to Aquaguard and **** set up a date and time to come out and do an evaluation and a quote. **** stated that they could level the concrete slab with no problems and gave us a quote of an est. 6k. About six months ago I had some foundation repair done by FSS on my patio. The job looked good when completed but I was given assurance if 1/4 inch or greater deflection occurred the job was guaranteed. The summer was extremely dry and the corners of my patio deflected again. I called for review of the situation & Austin was sent out & confirmed the problem. Foundation Recovery Systems installed 11 helical piers on the sinking addition to our house. First, our inspector/estimator, Tanner, was very informative, listened well to our concerns, and was easy to communicate with.
